Ecologically aware and environmentally friendly: Krono Original

Krono Original® laminate parquet consists of 90 percent wood. Only timber obtained from thinning indigenous, sustainably managed forests is used in the production of Krono Original® floorings. To this end, the origin of the timbers is certified by the PEFC (Pan European Forest Certification) and the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), two independent test institutes.

Apart from forest round wood, wood residues from the sawmill industry such as slivers, chippings or wood shavings are mainly used. Therefore we primarily refine wood fractions produced as inferior by-products in other production processes or by forest maintenance.

Through fully integrated manufacture based on state of the art, energy saving production plant, we produce with resource-sparing methods. In addition, all our laminate floorings and wood-based materials comply with the provisions for German and European E1 classification, under which health impairments are excluded. You can dispose of your old Krono Original® floorings in the domestic waste with a clear conscience.
